Rehoboth Christian had already won eight in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 36.5 points) and they went ahead and made it nine on Saturday. They claimed a resounding 76-17 victory over the Navajo Pine Warriors. The Lynx pushed the score to 64-14 by the end of the third, a deficit the Warriors had no chance of recovering from.

Despite the defeat, Navajo Pine saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Tobias Ciccarello posted six points. Another player making a difference was Chad Tsosie, who had seven points and three steals.

Rehoboth Christian's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-8. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.2 points over those games. As for Navajo Pine, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-20.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rehoboth Christian will host Hozho Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Navajo Pine, they will welcome Dulce at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
