Basketball Recap: Kory Keppen's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Scotland/Menno over Alcester-Hudson

On Saturday, the Scotland/Menno Trappers came up short against the Alcester-Hudson Cubs and fell 54-43.

Scotland/Menno lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Kory Keppen, who posted nine points and seven boards. Ashton Dennis was another key player, putting up 11 points and six rebounds.

Scotland/Menno's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Alcester-Hudson, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3.

Scotland/Menno will face off against Bridgewater/Emery at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Alcester-Hudson, they will take on Garretson at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
