Parma has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will square off against the Payette Pirates at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Parma will be strutting in after a win while Payette will be coming in after a defeat.
In what's become a running theme this season, Parma gave their fans yet another huge victory on Wednesday. They blew past Homedale, posting a 53-25 win at home. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Parma has posted since December 22, 2023.
Meanwhile, Payette's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their tenth straight loss. They suffered a tough 48-26 defeat at the hands of Homedale. Payette has not had much luck with Homedale recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
Parma's victory bumped their record up to 14-5. As for Payette, their loss was their 13th straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-14.
Everything came up roses for Parma against Payette when the teams last played on January 9th as the squad secured a 55-18 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Parma since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
