Football Recap: Lincoln Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Lincoln's offense. They were dealt a 44-0 defeat at the hands of the George Washington Patriots on Tuesday. The loss leaves the Lancers still looking for their first win of the season.

Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for George Washington, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.

Lincoln will square off against Thomas Jefferson at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for George Washington, they will face off against Rangeview at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
