Volleyball Recap: South Oldham Comes Up Short

South Oldham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Central Hardin Bruins. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Dragons of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

South Oldham's defeat dropped their record down to 6-16. As for Central Hardin, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-7 record this season.

South Oldham wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Cooper on the 4th. As for Central Hardin, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Lexington Catholic on the 4th.
