Evangel Christian extended their winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Erin Campbell. The Lightning walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Ballard Christian Eagle on Monday for which the team can thank Campbell, who had 18 digs and five aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Evangel Christian had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-21, 26-24, 25-16.

Evangel Christian's win bumped their record up to 27-6-2. As for Ballard Christian, the defeat snapped their winning streak at six matches and leaves them with a 11-2 record.

Evangel Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Legacy/Essential Church School on the 7th. Ballard Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
