Wayland hasn't lost a match since September 15th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Saturday. They came out on top against the Greenville Yellow Jackets by a score of 3-1. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Wayland's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan soccer rankings (they are ranked 155th, while Greenville are ranked 347th).

Wayland has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-5-3 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those six matchups. As for Greenville, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-11-5.
