Volleyball Recap: North Kansas City Comes Up Short

North Kansas City lost against Oak Park back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Hornets fell 3-1 to the Northmen. The Hornets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

North Kansas City started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-15, 25-17, 25-19.

North Kansas City's loss dropped their record down to 9-13-2. As for Oak Park, the win (which was their 18th in a row) raised their record to 25-5.

Coming up, North Kansas City will take on Park Hill South at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Oak Park, they will face off against Central at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
