Football Recap: Heritage Coyotes vs. Centennial Titans

Heritage won the last time they faced Centennial, and things went their way on Thursday too. The Heritage Coyotes breezed by the Centennial Titans to the tune of 43-14. That 29 point margin sets a new team best for the Coyotes this season.

Tatum Bell Jr was his usual excellent self, picking up 158 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Heritage also got a significant boost from Kamarion Washington, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 83 yards.

Heritage didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Malachi Welch and Malik Brown. Aydan Lozano was another major factor on D, picking up two sacks, forcing a fumble, and making ten total tackles (5.5 for loss).

Heritage's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-5. As for Centennial, they dropped their record down to 3-7 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.

As of now, neither Heritage nor Centennial have any future games scheduled.
