Soccer Game Preview: Triangle Math & Science vs. Research Triangle + Official Tickets

Triangle Math & Science is 0-9 against Research Triangle since September of 2017 but things could change on Monday. The Tigers will take on the Raptors at 6:00 p.m. Triangle Math & Science has given up an average of 2.9 goals per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Triangle Math & Science came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 5-0 to Franklin Academy. While losing is never fun, Triangle Math & Science can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 219th, while Franklin Academy are ranked 86th).

Meanwhile, Research Triangle sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over Neuse Charter on Wednesday. Research Triangle haven't had any issues with Neuse Charter recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Triangle Math & Science's defeat dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Research Triangle, their victory bumped their record up to 11-5-3.
