Montoya made his presence known in Brandeis' 75-61 win
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Saturday Finley Montoya stepped things up a notch to give Brandeis the 'W'. Montoya was dialed in and scored 19 points along with six rebounds. He played a big game the last time he faced SA Roosevelt, so the team probably should've seen him coming.
Montoya and Brandeis will be playing in front of their home fans against Clark at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Brandeis has some work to do to even out the 2-7 series between these two since January of 2019, but a win here would be a good start.
