Kyngston Denson posted a new career-high in rushing touchdowns on Friday. He rushed for 260 yards and four touchdowns on only 13 carries. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Madison back in September of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Denson also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack and making two total tackles (2.0 for loss).

Looking ahead, Denson and North Buncombe will take on Brevard at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Black Hawks had to take a loss when they last met the Blue Devils, but Denson had little to do with the loss: he rushed for 228 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 11.4 yards per carry.
