Basketball Recap: North Bend Takes a Loss

North Bend was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 57-51 heartbreaker at the hands of the Junction City Tigers. That's two games in a row now that the Bulldogs have lost by exactly six points.

North Bend's defeat dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Junction City, they now have a winning record of 9-8.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Cottage Grove the next time they take the court. Junction City will head out to face Cottage Grove at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, while North Bend will head out to face them at 5:45 p.m. on February 7th.
