Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Burton). Everything went their way against the O'Connell Boilermakers on Thursday as the Burton Pumas made off with a 66-45 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 42-26 back in December of 2024.

The win made it two in a row for Burton and bumps their season record up to 5-13. As for O'Connell, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Burton will face off against KIPP SF College Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for O'Connell, they will head out to take on June Jordan School of Equity at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
