Basketball Recap: Belleview Takes a Loss

Belleview lost against Bradford back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Belleview Rattlers took a 50-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bradford Tornadoes. While losing is never fun, the Rattlers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 665th, while the Tornadoes are ranked 252nd).

Belleview has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record this season. As for Bradford, their victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-4.

Belleview will challenge Springstead at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Springstead is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.8 points per game this season. Bradford does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
