Baseball Recap: Hilliard Davidson Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Hilliard Davidson faced off against Hilliard Bradley on Monday. The Wildcats fell 8-3 to the Jaguars. The Wildcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Jaguars earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

Aaron Dryer made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two runs and two doubles.

Hilliard Davidson has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season. As for Hilliard Bradley, their victory bumped their record up to 8-10.
