It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but West Texas had no problem doing just that on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Memphis Cyclones as they made off with an 11-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Comanches, who have now won 11 matches by seven runs or more so far this season.

The win (which was West Texas' seventh in a row) raised their record to 15-6. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.3 runs over those games. As for Memphis, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

As of now, neither West Texas nor the Cyclones have any future games scheduled.
