After a string of nine wins, North Marion's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They lost 60-40 to the Williston Red Devils. The match marked the Colts' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

De'Andre Harvey was his usual excellent self, going 9 of 19 on his way to 22 points and eight rebounds for Williston. That makes it four consecutive games in which Harvey has scored at least a third of Williston's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Xavier Kirkpatrick, who went 5 of 9 on his way to 10 points in addition to six rebounds and five assists.

North Marion's loss dropped their record down to 10-2. As for Williston, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-3.

North Marion wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 71-49 defeat against Edgewater on the 29th. Williston has also already played their next match, a 79-42 loss against St. Thomas Aquinas on the 29th.
