Baseball Recap: Donna North Comes Up Short

Donna North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 6-5 heartbreaker at the hands of the San Benito Greyhounds. The Chiefs were not able to make up for their loss to the Greyhounds from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Donna North's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for San Benito, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-2.

Coming up, Donna North will take on Marine Military Academy in a tournament on Thursday. As for San Benito, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Raymondville at 12:00 p.m.
