Soccer Recap: Jones Comes Up Short

Jones was the 1-0 winner over Rockport-Fulton when they last played one another back in March of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Jones Trojans fell 3-1 to the Rockport-Fulton Pirates on Tuesday. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jones now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Rockport-Fulton, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-1-1 record this season.

Jones has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Santa Gertrudis Academy on the 17th. As for Rockport-Fulton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 10-0 win against Bishop on the 17th.
