Broadmoor is on an eight-game streak of home losses dating back to last season, and Bogalusa a five-game streak of away losses also dating back to last season. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Friday. The Broadmoor Buccaneers will welcome the Bogalusa Lumberjacks at 3:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Broadmoor is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They and Donaldsonville finished up on equal footing with an 11-11 tie on Thursday.

Meanwhile, while Bogalusa put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Mt. Hermon. Bogalusa blew past Mt. Hermon 15-0. The win continues a trend for the Lumberjacks in their matchups with the Yellowjackets: they've now won four in a row.

With that tie, Broadmoor's record moves to 0-3-1. As for Bogalusa, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
