Basketball Recap: Savoy Takes a Loss

Savoy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were one points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 41-40 heartbreaker at the hands of Non Varsity Opponent.

Savoy's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8.

Savoy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 41-40 loss against Wolfe City on the 14th. As for Non Varsity Opponent, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 49-31 defeat against Eldorado on the 14th.
