Christian had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They blew past the San Diego Cavers 12-3 on Monday. The victory continues a trend for the Patriots in their matchups with the Cavers: they've now won four in a row.

Chase Togerson was incredible, scoring two runs while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was Benji Molina, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.

Togerson wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Christian kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as San Diego only managed six hits.

Christian has already played their next match, a 6-5 win against Monte Vista on the 5th. As for San Diego, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 8-6 defeat against Valhalla on the 5th.
