Basketball Game Preview: Knox Central Panthers vs. Harlan Green Dragons

The Knox Central Panthers will be home for the holidays to greet the Harlan Green Dragons at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

It was a proper cat-fight when Knox Central challenged Bath County on Saturday. Everything went Knox Central's way against Bath County as Knox Central made off with an 88-67 win.

Meanwhile, Harlan came up short against Somerset Christian on Friday and fell 71-61.

Harlan's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Knox Central, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-1.

Knox Central beat Harlan 68-58 in their previous meeting back in February. Will Knox Central repeat their success, or does Harlan have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
