Greenville HomeSchool Athletics won the last time they faced Hawkins, and Claire Samples did her part to make sure it happened again. The Archers had just enough and edged out the Hawks 2-1 for which the team can thank Samples, who had 31 assists and 12 digs. She has been hot for a while, having posted 12 or more assists the last 12 times she's played.

The victory made it two in a row for Greenville HomeSchool Athletics and bumps their season record up to 11-3. As for Hawkins, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Greenville HomeSchool Athletics will welcome Greenville Christian at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hawkins, they will take on King's Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
