Volleyball Game Preview: Elizabethton Fighting Cyclones vs. David Crockett Pioneers

The Elizabethton Fighting Cyclones will challenge the David Crockett Pioneers at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in Elizabethton's favor as the team sits on four straight wins at home while David Crockett has been banged up by six consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

Elizabethton saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to William Blount.

Meanwhile, David Crockett came up short against Aiken on Saturday and fell 2-0.

David Crockett's defeat dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Elizabethton, their loss dropped their record down to 14-10.

Elizabethton was able to grind out a solid victory over David Crockett in their previous meeting on September 8th, winning 3-1. Will the Fighting Cyclones repeat their success, or do the Pioneers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
