Basketball Recap: Owosso Takes a Loss

Owosso was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a 65-15 loss at the hands of the Linden Eagles. The matchup marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Owosso's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Linden, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.

Owosso has already played their next matchup, a 63-42 loss against Durand on the 15th. As for Linden, they will take on Kearsley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Kearsley's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three games.
