Basketball Game Preview: Bath Fighting Bees vs. Fowler Eagles

Bath hasn't had much luck against Fowler recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Bath Fighting Bees will host the Fowler Eagles at 7:00 p.m.

Last Tuesday, Bath came up short against St. Patrick and fell 40-30.

Meanwhile, Fowler waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Aggies 66-9. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 44th in Michigan, while the Aggies are ranked 564th in Michigan), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Fowler's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-2. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 22.7 points over those games. As for Bath, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-10.
