Volleyball Recap: Mountain City Christian Academy Triumphs

Mountain City Christian Academy won the last time they faced Ketchikan and things went their way on Saturday too. The Lions skirted past the Kings 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lions.

Jieaya Siatini-Williams paced Mountain City Christian Academy's offense, picking up 18 kills. Siatini-Williams got some help from Peyton Marks and her 15 assists. Marks was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Mountain City Christian Academy now has a winning record of 19-18-2. As for Ketchikan, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-17-2.

Looking ahead, Mountain City Christian Academy will square off against Palmer at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Ketchikan does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
