Coral Glades put their dominant defense on display in the team's sixth consecutive shutout on Thursday. They never let the Monarch Knights get on the board and left with a 9-0 win. This was payback for the Jaguars, who suffered a 12-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Coral Glades didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. Noel Thomas picked up that interception and then proceeded to rub salt in the wound by taking it back the other way for a touchdown. She got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Coral Glades pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 0.0 points on average over those games.
