There's no place like home for Lakota East, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Middletown Middies on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Thunderhawks, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Lakota East walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-9, 25-18.

Lakota East now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Middletown, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Lakota East will welcome Ross at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Middletown, they will challenge Norwood at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
