Softball Recap: Bell Gardens Gets the Win

Bell Gardens hadn't done well against Mark Keppel recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Lancers came out on top against the Aztecs by a score of 7-4. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 18-7 back in April.

Sofia Galvan was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most hits she has posted since back in February. Alyssa Hernandez was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three stolen bases and two runs.

Bell Gardens' victory bumped their record up to 7-14. As for Mark Keppel, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-10.

As of now, neither Bell Gardens nor the Aztecs have any future games scheduled.
