Baseball Recap: Kickapoo Comes Up Short

Kickapoo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 7-2 to the North Crawford Trojans. That's two games in a row now that the Panthers have lost by exactly five runs.

Kickapoo saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jace Nagel, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI. That RBI marked the first that Nagel has brought in this season.

Kickapoo's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for North Crawford, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-7.
