Volleyball Game Preview: Kemp Yellowjackets vs. Canton Eagles

Kemp is 0-4 against Canton since August of 2015 but things could change on Friday. The Yellowjackets will challenge the Eagles at 4:30 p.m.

Kemp came up short against Brownsboro on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-17, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Canton had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They blew past the Hornets 3-0.

Canton walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-20, 25-13, 25-19.

Canton's win came from a few key players Kemp will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Kate McClendon, who had 13 digs.

Kemp's defeat dropped their record down to 3-20. As for Canton, their victory bumped their record up to 23-13.

Kemp might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Canton when the teams last played back in September. Can the Yellowjackets avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
