Football Game Preview: West Milford Highlanders vs. Lakeland Regional Lancers + How To Watch

The West Milford Highlanders are taking a road trip to challenge the Lakeland Regional Lancers at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Saturday, West Milford strolled past Mahwah with points to spare, taking the game 24-7. The Highlanders haven't had any issues with the Thunderbirds recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, while Lakeland Regional put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Dover. The Lancers claimed a resounding 42-0 victory over the Tigers. The matchup marked the Lancers' most dominant win of the season.

Lakeland Regional now has a winning record of 3-2. As for West Milford, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

West Milford was able to grind out a solid win over Lakeland Regional in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, winning 20-13. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Highlanders since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
