Basketball Recap: Ballard Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

Ballard won the last time they faced Boone and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Ballard Bombers took down the Boone Toreadors 68-54. The Bombers' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Ballard's victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.2 points per game. As for Boone, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-1.

Ballard will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against North Polk at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Boone, they will challenge Gilbert at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Gilbert will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Boone surely won't give up without a fight.
