Volleyball Recap: Selma Comes Up Short

Selma lost against Reedley on April 1st, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bears came up short against the Pirates, falling 3-0. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Selma couldn't get the W, but boy did they fight for it: two sets took extra rallies. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 28-26, 27-25.

Selma's defeat dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Reedley, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 21-13.

Selma didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Immanuel on the 1st. As for Reedley, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Roosevelt on the 1st.
