Basketball Recap: JAG Takes a Loss

JAG came up into this matchup off a tough 27-point defeat last Thursday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Enterprise Wildcats by a score of 34-32 on Tuesday. The Jaguars have struggled against the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Tucker Wadsworth was his usual excellent self, going 6 for 9 on his way to 15 points and three steals for Enterprise. The team also got some help courtesy of Brady Wadsworth, who posted five points and three steals.

JAG's loss dropped their record down to 3-23. As for Enterprise, they pushed their record up to 15-5 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. JAG will head out to face off against Carver Montgomery at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. JAG is facing Carver Montgomery at the right time seeing as Carver Montgomery is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Enterprise, they are taking a road trip to challenge Percy Julian at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Percy Julian will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Enterprise surely won't give up without a fight.
