            Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Edinburg North). They breezed by the San Perlita Trojans to the tune of  94-57 on Tuesday. The  matchup was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Cougars had established  a  36 point advantage.

 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Edinburg North to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Raul Palacios, who  went 7 of 8from beyond the arc on his way to 39  points. The  game was  Palacios' eighth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Josiah Cruz, who  went 8 for 12 on his way to 20  points in addition to seven  assists and four  steals.
Edinburg North's win bumped their record up to 10-7. As for San Perlita,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 4-6.
 Edinburg North will be taking part in a tournament against IDEA College Prep  at 8:30  a.m.  on Thursday. Edinburg North is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 57.3  points per game  this season. As for San Perlita, they will look to defend their home court  on Tuesday against Economedes  at 6:00  p.m.
