Basketball Recap: Richards Extends Winning Streak to Four

Richards had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They took down the Moulton Bobkatz 55-39 on Tuesday. The victory was nothing new for the Panthers as they're now sitting on four straight.

OWEN PIERSALL went supernova for Richards, going 8-for-17 en route to 30 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals. That's the most points PIERSALL has posted since back in November of 2023. Another player making a difference was HEATH GRAVES, who scored nine points along with six boards and four steals.

Richards' win bumped their record up to 24-8. As for Moulton, their defeat dropped their record down to 22-10.

Richards has already played their next match, a 40-32 loss against McMullen County on the 21st. Moulton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
