Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Kiona-Benton). They took their  contest  on Friday with ease, bagging  a  34-6 win over the College Place Hawks. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Bears considering their eight-point performance the  game before.
 Naziah Tiscareno was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 184 yards and four  scores while picking up 9.7 yards per carry.
 They were just one part of a punishing run game: Kiona-Benton was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 205  rushing yards. That's the most  rushing yards they've managed all season.

Kiona-Benton's first  victory this season bumped their record up to 1-7. As for College Place, their defeat was  their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 0-8.
 Kiona-Benton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for College Place, they will square off against Zillah at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The Leopards' defense has only allowed 13.8  points per game  this season, so the Hawks' offense will have their work cut out for them.
