Soccer Recap: Manhattan Comes Up Short at Home Against Topeka

Manhattan unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They lost 5-1 to the Topeka Trojans on Friday. If Manhattan were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to Topeka when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Coming up, Manhattan will take on Blue Valley Northwest on Tuesday. As for Topeka, they will challenge Lawrence on Tuesday.
