Baseball Recap: Canadian Comes Up Short

Canadian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 10-2 to the Whitesboro Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cougars of the 12-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2021.

Canadian's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Whitesboro, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Canadian wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 12-2 defeat against Leflore on the 11th. As for Whitesboro, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 16-0 loss against Wister on the 10th.
