Softball Recap: Tuscaloosa Christian Warriors vs. Tabernacle Torches
Tuscaloosa Christian was the 25-10 winner over Tabernacle when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Tuscaloosa Christian Warriors lost 19-8 to the Tabernacle Torches on Thursday.
Jordan Walters and Kaleigh McKeough stepped up to the plate in a big way. Walters scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3, while McKeough scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2. Allison Mullinex was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.
Tuscaloosa Christian's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-3. As for Tabernacle, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
