Soccer Recap: Roosevelt Takes a Loss

Roosevelt managed to keep up with Leuzinger until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Roosevelt Rough Riders came up short against the Leuzinger Olympians, falling 3-0. The Rough Riders just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6-1. As for Leuzinger, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0-2.

Roosevelt will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on South Gate at 4:00 p.m. on January 8, 2025. As for Leuzinger, they will be home for the holidays to greet Inglewood at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
