Kamiakin proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by three) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a set and slipped past the Southridge Suns 3-2. The win was nothing new for the Braves as they're now sitting on seven straight.

Kamiakin was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 15-25, 21-25, 25-20, 15-4.

Kamiakin's victory bumped their record up to 14-1. As for Southridge, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-6.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Kamiakin will face off against rival Hanford at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Southridge is set to take on their familiar foe Kennewick at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
