There's no place like home for South Windsor, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Lewis Mills Spartans on Friday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Bobcats in their matchups with the Spartans: they've now won four in a row.

South Windsor not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Lewis Mills between 15 and 17 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-15, 25-17.

South Windsor's victory bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Lewis Mills, they are on a 27-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South Windsor will head out to square off against Farmington at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lewis Mills, they will venture away from home to face off against Southington at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
