Football Recap: Mojave Falls Despite Big Games from Rajahn Butler and S'marion Coleman + How To Watch

Mojave managed to keep up with Queen Creek until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Rattlers came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 42-19. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Rattlers have suffered since August 23, 2024.

Despite the loss, Mojave had strong showings from S'Marion Coleman, who picked up 109 receiving yards and two scores, and RaJahn Butler, who rushed for 65 yards on only six carries.

Queen Creek got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Sawyer Hales out in front who threw for 109 yards and three touchdowns.

This is the second loss in a row for Mojave and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Mojave is taking a road trip to square off against Desert Pines at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Queen Creek, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Boulder Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
