Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Peoria). They blew past the Limestone Rockets 77-50 on Tuesday. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Rockets recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Peoria pushed their record up to 23-6 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.0 points over those games. As for Limestone, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-15.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Lions challenge the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Peoria is facing Urbana at the right time seeing as Urbana is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Limestone, they will square off against Pekin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
