After losing to St. Thomas Aquinas the last time they met, Slidell decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Tigers came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 4-1 on Monday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.
Brayden Calamari was a major factor no matter where he played. He tossed three innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in seven consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.
